Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp 12 August to 14 August 2025

Basic objective of this 3 days camp is to give the awareness about entrepreneurship, motivate the students to start their own business. For Inaguration program Mr. G. A. Bhosale , Vice Principal, Mr Rajesh Kandalgaonkar (Project Officer MCED Sindhudurg), DIC Supervisor Mr Shingate, Mrs Sushma Sakhare ( Program Coordinator MCED Sindhudurg), Mr Prathmesh Gawande ( Entrepreneure) , Ms Gitanjali pednekar (Entrepreneure), Mr M R Desai ( ED Cell Head YBIT) , all HOD were present . Program started with lamp lightening ceremony.

Mrs. Sushama Sakhare explained about the purpose of EAC and Entrepreneurship development. She explained the role of MCED and other Govt agencies in Entrepreneurship development. Also conducted activity based personality development sessions.. She explained the importance of entrepreneurship in the development of country.

Mr Rajesh Kandalgaonkar explained importance of Entrepreneurship. Skillset required for entrepreneurship was also explained by him. He also gave tips for Selection of business. He took some activities. He motivated students for entering into entrepreneurship. He advised students to patent their ideas. He explained the role of incubation centers in startups. He also gave brief idea of various schemes. He explained various Bank loans like Mudra scheme available for business. Also guided students about how to approach the govt. departments which documents are required. He gave the information of Govt schemes available for business. He gave information about subsidies.

Mr Prathmesh Gawande delivered session on Finnace. Ms Gitanjali Pednekar explained her journey. Mr Harshvardhan Borbhatkar ( Director Sindhucoir). Mr Tushar Chavan ( Proprietor Gajanan Foods) were delivered various session. Also Mr Basavraj Aware sir ( Retd Director of MCED ) guided students. Mr Naik delivered session on Health of Entrepreneure. Mrs Pragati Chavan gave motivational speech. She conducted some activity. She explained the various skills required to become a successful entrepreneur. She cleared the role of Communication skills and personality development. She had taken some activities for improving communication skill. Also stage daring activities were conducted by her.

Basics of Entrepreneurship and Its Awareness 02-08-2025

Under the guidance of MSBTE - COEP's Bhau Institute, YBIT Training & Placement Cell have arranged online session on “Basics of Entrepreneurship and Its Awareness” at our institute on 02/08/2025. This session is successfully delivered by expert speaker Dr. Prajakta Joshimadam (Entrepreneurship Educator | Founder – PWST & AWEC Foundation | Professor of Practice – PIBM). The content delivery is so simple to easy understand by student. The case studies shared by madam is also effective with real life situations.

For this session all First year & second year students with their staff members from mechanical, electrical, computer & civil program were present. Total 652 number of participants were attended this session on the common platform at YBIT auditorium hall.

Through this online session we understood the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, underscore the critical role of incubation centres, and highlight the potential contributions of students and faculty within these ecosystems, particularly in educational institutes.

Zero to Startup 30-07-2025

Main objective of this session is to aware students about innovation, startup, Entrepreneurship. Training and Placement Cell of Yashwantrao Bhonsale Institute of Technology organized career guidance session on Zero to Startup for diploma engineering students.

On this program Principal Dr Raman Bane, Vice Principal Mr G A Bhosale , Speaker Mr Laxman Dabholkar, Mr Shrikant Belsare , Mr M R Desai , All HOD, Staff were present. Program start with Floral felicitation . welcomes guest.

The "Zero to Startup" seminar served as an illuminating compass for budding entrepreneurs, charting the often-challenging but ultimately rewarding journey from a nascent idea to a successful enterprise. The event powerfully articulated that the bedrock of any thriving startup is relentless innovation, whether it's a revolutionary product or a smarter way of delivering existing services. A significant highlight was the emphasis on exploring localized opportunities, particularly within the Konkan area. On the practical side, the seminar meticulously covered the legal aspects crucial for any Indian startup. The seminar brought the concepts to life with various examples of successful Indian startups. Zepto was showcased as a prime example of hyper-local, quick commerce driven by efficient logistics and technology, demonstrating the power of speed and convenience in meeting consumer demands. BookMyShow illustrated long-term success through continuous adaptation and diversification, evolving from movie ticketing to a comprehensive entertainment platform. These stories provided tangible motivation for startups, reinforcing that perseverance, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach are fundamental to achieving impact and scale in the competitive startup landscape.

A highly insightful seminar, "Opportunities in Defence Sector for Engineers," was recently held, offering a comprehensive overview of the vast potential for engineering professionals within India's robust defence landscape. The event featured a captivating address by Subedar Major Mr. Sanjay Laxman Sawant, whose personal journey served as a powerful testament to the values and opportunities present in the armed forces. Subedar Major Mr Sanjay Sawant commenced his talk by recounting his humble beginnings in Kariwade village. A recurring theme in Mr. Sawant's address was the paramount importance of discipline. He stressed that discipline is the bedrock of military life, essential not only for operational success but also for personal growth and maintaining order. Closely linked to this was his emphasis on respect for elders, a core value deeply ingrained in military tradition and Indian culture. For engineers, opportunities abound in the design, development, and maintenance of military vehicles, armaments, propulsion systems, and aerospace components. Their expertise is vital in areas like robotics, automation, and material science, all crucial for modern defence equipment. Students asked various questions . Speaker gave satisfying answers.

FY Orientation Program 2025-26 15-07-2025 to 26-07-2025

Orientation program for newly admitted students was arranged between 15th July to 26th July 2025. Main objective of this program was to smooth transition of fresh students into engineering. In this program for opening ceremony Vice Principal Mr Gajanan Bhosale, Administrative Coordinator Mrs Sunetra Phatak mam, All department HOD, T & P Cell Head Mr Milind Desai were present. Program started with lamp lightening. Mr Amar Prabhu did anchoring of this event. Vice Principal Mr Gajanan Bhosale gave brief information about academics and exam. All HOD gave best wishesh. T & P Cell head Mr Milind Desai gave information about training and placement cell and its function. He also mentioned various skills should acquired during three years.

Second day started with Yoga activity. Ms Pradipti Kotkar took this session. Later Ms Riya Sawant delivered session on Stress Management. She explained various stress management techniques. Third day Mr Milind Desai took session on Time management. He focused on Effective Time Management Techniques. Ms Shruti Hewalekar delivered session on Need of teamwork Tips about Dressing and grooming, Also with the help of students she demonstrated correct dressing and grooming.

On 4th day NDRF , Sindhudurg creates Disaster management awareness. They did practical demonstration. On 5th day Mr Milind Desai delivered session on Mind Conditioning which included habit changing techniques. He also took some activities.
HOD of Computer Department Mr. P. D. Kate covered points like K scheme Exam Pattern, Form Filling, , Website , Information about MSBTE , Explanation about institute Vision , Mission , Explanation about PO, CO.
On 6thDay session was conducted on Mental Health awareness. Renowned Doctor Dr Sonal Lele gave tips for positive mental health.
On 7th day Ms T. R. Shennai gave tips about confidence boosting in self confidence session. Mr M T Patil gave Introduction about SMART study techniques , Flash Card making.
On 8th Day Mrs Gawandi delivered session on Alcohol free campus. Also Ms Mhadgut Mam delivered session on Cyber Crime.
On 9th day Body Language session covered by Ms T R Shennai mam. Mr Milind Desai took some activity on Problem Solving.
On 10 th day Mr Jagannath Gawade took session on Effective us of Google and Internet. On 11th day FY coordinator introduces FY staff. Also gave instructions about discipline, etiquettes. Also closing ceremony was arranged. Few students shared their experiences. Ms Shruti Hewalekar did vote of thanks.

LinkedIn Career Kickstarter workshop 27th January 2025

These 2 hours seminar was conducted for to equip students and young professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to launch their careers on LinkedIn. For this workshop Mr. Robert Gouder were present as aspeaker. He is a International Corporate Trainer, Business & Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Real Estate Investor, and Entrepreneur: Empowering Success in Leadership, BFSI, Retail,Employbility skills, and Sales Industries.

Mr Rober Gouder gave tips about how to create a professional LinkedIn profile, including choosing the right profile picture, writing a compelling headline, and crafting a clear summary.He explained the importance of building a strong professional network on LinkedIn was emphasized, including how to connect with alumni, industry professionals, and peers. Also explained how to effectively use LinkedIn's job search features, including saved searches, job alerts, and applying for jobs directly on the platform.

Resume Making Workshop 09th January 2025

Main objective of Resume Making session was to prepare students to compose a comprehensive, professional resume including all key components.

End of his session he discussed about ATS (Applicant Tracking System) which is the new trend. He also gave tips about how to make ATS friendly resume

Mr. M. T. Patil also discussed how to write cover letter. He shown some sample of Cover letter. He gave some tips for effective cover letter. Shared valuable tips about Do’s and Don’ts .

Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp 10th January to 12th January 2025

Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp was conducted Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Training and Placement Cell of Yashwantrao Bhonsale Institute of Technology Sawantwadi in association with MCED Sindhudurg between 10th January to 12th January 2025 for final year students.

Mrs. Sushama Sakhare (MCED Coordinator) gave information about MCED, various Govt agencies, Govt Schemes, Bank loans. Mr. Ravindra Khaire gave speech on Entrepreneurship awareness , Selection of business, Sales and Marketing, Project Report and Finance. Mr. Rajesh Kandalgaonkar (Program Officer) explained Entrepreneurship qualities. Mr. Narayan Parab discussed Mental Health, Stress management. Mrs. Pragati Chavan discussed about Personality Development.

More than 260 students from all four departments were present during this camp. Program was designed in 4 categories and eminent resource persons from respective fields were the guest speakers.

Financial Literacy and Security Market Awareness
16th and 17th October 2024

Two hour session was conducted by Mr, Hemant Jambhalikar on 16th and 17th-10-2024 for final year students. The seminar was sponsored by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Mr P. D. Kate (HOD COM) and Mr. D. D Patil ( HOD Electrical) welcomes to all. Mrs S. S. Kolpate mam gave introduction of guest.. Mr, Hemant Jambhalikar and Mr Sandip Jadhav gave presentation on above topic. He explained necessity of financial planning and various options available. Main objective was to understand Financial Planning. He emphasis on to inculcate the habit of savings and investment among students.

Two hour session conducted by Mr, Ravi Jorigal of Asian Academy of Professional Training on 23-09-2024 for final year students. Mr Milind Desai welcomes to all. He gave introduction of guest. Uddamita Protsahan Sammelan-31-08-2024

On the occasion of World Entrepreneurship Day the one day workshop on Uddamita Protsahan Sammelan (Entrepreneurship Promotion Program) was conducted by Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Training and Placement Cell of Yashwantrao Bhonsale Institute of Technology Sawantwadi in association with Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan Kokan Prant on 31/08/2024 for all third Year and Second Year Diploma Students. The seminar was organized for second and third year Diploma students. Mr. Ajay Patki & Dr Amita Patki from, Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, Nagpur was the speakers. Successful Entrepreneurs were invited for expert lecture. Mr Sumit Bhosale from California 30 and Ms Shweta Barve , Young entrepreneur were invited. For this program Vice Principal Mr G A Bhosale, HOD of all Department , Mr Amit Naik and Mr Arjun Chandekar from Swavalambi Bharat Abhiyan were also present. Resource persons of the day were welcomed by Vice Principal Mr G A Bhosale on behalf of Yashwantrao Bhonsale Institute of Technology . Mr Arjun Chandekar addressed the issue of unemployment. He said that India churns out 15 lakh engineers annually with only 2.5 lakh of them landing relevant jobs in the technical domain, entrepreneurship is a very attractive option.

Ajay Patki Sir introduced the concept of entrepreneurship by focusing on myths related to it and the different aspects of entrepreneurship such as entrepreneurs are born not made, entrepreneur fit an ideal profile, all you need is money to be an entrepreneur, all you need is luck to be an entrepreneur and another is that great idea is the only ingredient in a recipe for business.

Dr Amita Patki said that Entrepreneurship is a key factor for economic development. There is an increased rate of students across developed and developing countries considering the issue of self-employment. Whether you start your own company or choose to ascend the corporate ladder, maintaining the spirit of entrepreneurship all along the way is essential.

Mr. Sumit Bhosale shared his entrepreneurship journey and explained how entrepreneurs see a problem as an opportunity for business.

Ms. Shweta Barve common problems faced by entrepreneurs was discussed. Grant, funding and loaning from banks, agencies was discussed.

FY Orientation 2024-25 (16-07-2024 to 27-07-2024)

FY Orientation 2024-25 program was arranged by Training and Placement Cell of YBIT between 16-07-2024 to 27-07-2024 for newly admitted. These 12 day programme aims to smooth transforming of the fresh students into engineering field. It helps in Introduce the Institute and its infrastructure. For Inaugural program was Executive Chairmen Mr Achyut Sawantbhonsale, Principal Dr Raman Bane, Vice Principal Gajanan Bhosale along with all HOD were present.

In this program we introduce the Training and Placement Cell. It helps in creating awareness among the students about the personality development and life skills. Also explained academic policies, procedures, MSBTE schedule, syllabus, exam pattern. Also previous year class toppers were felicitated.

This program is conducted offline for students.
Mr. Amar Prabhu did the welcome to all. Inauguration was done by Vice Principal Gajanan Bhosale along with all HOD. For this program on 1st day along with students their parents were also present . Program started with lamp lightening. Vice Principal Mr G A Bhosale introduces about college. He brief about the diploma course. One PPT was shown which explains the journey of YBIT.

All HOD shown respective departments presentation. On this occasion Mr A J Rane (HOD Mech), Mr. D. D. Patil ( HOD Electrical), Mr. P. P. Sawant (HOD Civil) , Mr. P D Kate (HOD Computer) introduces their departments. Also Mr M T Patil expressed his views.

Mr. Milind Desai ( T& P Cell Head) introduces Training and Placement Cell of YBIT. Gave brief introduction of working and activity carried by this cell.

Also discussed available career option in job, higher education, entrepreneurship after diploma engineering. He shows last year placement details. Life Skill (Campus to Corporate ) 08-08-2023 to 10-08-2023

As part of their CSR initiative, Barclays has decided to skill unemployed youths as per the industry requirement. Barclays has decided to partner with RUBICON Foundation in this initiative. 3 Days interactive sessions was conducted for all third year students in association with Barclays, Nasscom and Global Talent Track . It was CSR activity of Barclays, Mr. Sanjiv Mirkar, Mr. Swapnil Uchil, Mr. Santosh Nalavade and Principal G. A. Bhosale and other staff were present for this event. Principal sir gave warm wishesh to students.were present for training .On first day program was started with worm welcome of all by Milind Desai. Initially Nalavade Sir explained the objective of this session. Interview Skills session includes Online image,self awareness, Grooming ,Body language, Confidence, Resume, Rejections handling etc. Students understand the right body language for a professional environment. He created awareness in students about corporate grooming habits (The right attire) .Also covered how to build a strong profiles through effective resume writing .Whole session includes various activities. Students participated actively. Corporate Readiness sessions are conducted on second day . This session includes SWOT analysis, Positive attitude, Team work ,Time management, Stress Management, Flexibility, Values, Ownership. To understand collaboration and its importance in the corporate world he gave tips of teamwork. Mock Interviews & Group Discussions sessions were conducted on 3rd day.He gave tips to handle Interviews and enhance Public Speaking skills (Group Discussion).Mock interview sessions were also interesting. He gave task of creativity to the students.

Entrepreneurship Development Cell , Ministry of MSME (Govt. of India), Training and Placement Cell, And Institution Innovation Cell with all department of Yashwantrao Bhonsale Institute of Technology organized 2 hour seminar on Entrepreneurship Awareness Program for Third year students of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer engineering students held on 07-09-2023. Mr Milind Desai opened the session. He welcomes all. He explained about the program.

For this 2 hours seminar along with Mr Johari (Assistant Director MSME, Mumbai, Govt of India), Mr. Navale (Principal, MITM, Oros), Mrs Sakhare Sindhudurg (Project Coordinator, Sindhudurg), YBIT Principal Dr. R. R. Bane, Vice Principal Mr. G. A. Bhosale,, All HODs, ED Cell Head Mr. Milind Desai, other faculty member were present . Mr. Desai welcomes all. Mrs Sakhare Sindhudurg (Project Coordinator, Sindhudurg) explains the aim of EAP. The aim of the EAPs is to orient participating student to the benefits of adopting entrepreneurship as a career, learn finer skills, and overcome social, economic, and familial barriers to becoming entrepreneurs. The EAPs will develop entrepreneurial skills among student so that they could gain knowledge, skills, and motivation to build their own businesses.

Mr. Navale (Principal, MITM, Oros), continued next session. In this session students were exposed to various topics like entrepreneurial skills, the importance of entrepreneurship, the process of entrepreneurship development and working.

Mr Johari (Assistant Director MSME, Mumbai, Govt of India) showed audio visual film and other presentation of Ministry and its organizations . Also gave details of working of MSME. Gave brief of schemes implemented by ministry. He also discussed on business ideas, schemes and incentives offered by different agencies. Also discussed about how to start a SSI unit (General concept about the Govt. formalities, rules & regulation, location, and different aspect of an industrial venture).

How to Start a Lucrative Career as a Design Engineer 29-09-2023

Two hour online session conducted by Mr, Balasaheb Khalekar to explore career options after diploma engineering in design field and understand various aspects of design.

Output of a Design Engineer mainly depends upon the CAD Skills. Design Engineer must know the Best CAD practices. There are many Softwares available in the market for Design like Catia, Creo, NX etc. Design Engineer can start with any one. Design is a field which has the Highest Growth in Industry. Management focus is mainly on R&D Projects. Working environment is like IT industry and most of the Technical knowledge is used in Design & R&D field. A Product Designer must know Properties of Material, Cost of Material and its processing. Design Engineer must know How to use proper GD&T characteristics, How to inspect the Feature, How to achieve Geometrical Tolerances in Manufacturing, How to apply the characteristics by using 3D modelling software and Effect of GD&T on overall improvement of Quality of the Product. Design engineering being a state of art technology in almost every industry was touched upon with latest developments. After Diploma Engineering, you have options to go in for specialized training or taking up a corporate job, However it is always advisable to go for a BE/B. Tech course. There is an option to go through lateral entry for diploma holders, wherein you can join directly the 2nd year of engineering. Also explained various opportunities in Government Jobs and business. He also explained future trends in engineering field. He gave information about various education scholarships. He explained the entrepreneurship opportunities after engineering. Excellent career option for Polytechnic Diploma holders is that of self-employment.

Resumes are the first introducer to the interviewer and explains your complete background Resumes are mostly used to screen candidates for interview. Also gave various resume writing techniques He explained types of resume, what HR looking into resume. He gave information about Format, font, style, do’s and donts . He gave general Tips about how to write objective. He discussed about Customization of resume. He discussed about tips of Powerful words used in resume and examples. Also shown sample resume. Mr. M. T. Patil also discussed how to write cover letter. He shown some sample of Cover letter. He gave some tips for effective cover letter. Shared valuable tips about Do’s and Don’ts . FY Orientation 07-09-2022 to 21-09-2022

Training and Placement Cell of Yashwantrao Bhonsale Polytechnic organized 14 days Engineering orientation program for fresh engineering students. This program is conducted offline for students .

Mr. Amar Prabhu did the welcome to all. Inauguration was done by Principal Gajanan Bhosale along with all HOD. For this program on 1st day along with students their parents were also present . Program started with lamp lightening. Principal sir introduces about college. He brief about the diploma course. One PPT was shown which explains the journey of YBP. All HOD shown respective departments presentation. On this occasion Mr A J Rane (HOD Mech), Mr. D. D. Patil ( HOD Electrical), Mr. P. P. Sawant (HOD Civil) , Mr. P D Kate (HOD Computer) introduces their departments. Also Mr M T Patil expressed his views. Mr. Milind Desai ( T& P Cell Head) introduces Training and Placement Cell of YBP. Gave brief introduction of working and activity carried by this cell. Also discussed available career option in job, higher education, entrepreneurship after diploma engineering. He shows last year placement details. Also shown presentation of various activities conducted for students development. Motivational videos of Nick was shown to them to increase their confidence. In this program we Introduce the Institute and its infrastructure, training and Placement Cell.

Also create awareness among the students about the Personality development and Familiar about Academic policies, procedures, MSBTE schedule, syllabus, exam pattern.

Interaction with Entrepreneurs 22-09-2022

Training and Placement Department along with ED Cell and Sawantwadi Sports club organized 2 hour interaction session with entrepreneurs for Mechanical, Electrical , Civil and Computer engineering students. Mr. Prakash Gothankar sir has more than 16-year experiences in career education. After having worked in various MNCs for about 14+ years in various roles of Training, Technical Support, After sales service management, Operations management & Product Quality Management. He decided to use his experience to help newer generations pursuing engineering build a solid foundation for making solid start to career in the 21st century.

Mr. Adwait Londhe delivered his speech in simple language. He shown various ppt and also videos. He gave clear picture of current trends in water transport, Ships and Merchant Navy. He explained various types of ships and its uses. Discussed about the benefits of working in Merchant Navy. He also explained the admission process after diploma for Merchant Navy. His Colleague Prof. Anjalee gave the information about MANET also idea of documentation for admission.

Mrs Anjalee Gade also guided students about career opportunities in merchant navy. Guruvandana initiative Manet fellicitated YBP Principal Mr G A Bhosale sir for good performance of our alumni at MANET.

Students asked some questions about Merchant Navy salary structure, career growth. He gave satisfying answer to each question. More than 150 students were present from Mechanical and Electrical departments.

These career tracks include firefighters, fire inspectors, hazardous material workers, fire investigators, fire prevention specialists, fire determination experts and many more. This career unlike many other careers requires grit and courage. It requires the person to have a quick presence of mind and ad fast thinking capability. Along with this the person needs a good judgment to analyze the situation and take an appropriate decision in a fraction of seconds.

The webinar was conducted on Google Meet platform. Mr Saurabh kumar enlightened the participants about various aspects of IPR such as copyright, trademark, Geographical Identification (GI), etc. The use of videos and examples shared by him made the session more interesting. Also briefed the audience about the importance of the patents and then provided detailed information about the process stepwise from the day of filing to the grant of the patent. 3 Days Program on Entrepreneurship Awareness Program 18 March to 20 March 2023

Basic objective of this 3 days camp is to give the awareness about entrepreneurship, motivate the students to start their own business. Inaguration program was done by Mrs Sakhare, Mr. S. C. Nawale. Mr Milind Desai welcomes all. Program started with lamp lightening ceremony.

On this occasion YBP Principal Mr. G. A. Bhonsale, MCED coordinator Mrs. Sushama Sakhare Mr M T Patil, Ms Shruti Hewalekar, Ms Hawabi madam, Mrs Teja Gawandi madam and other staff were present for inauguration.

More than 230 students from all four departments were present during this camp. Program was designed in 4 categories and eminent resource persons from respective fields were the guest speakers. In this camp expert from banking sector, government sector like people from MCED, DIC(District Industry Centre) etc gave guidance about how to start new industry, what are the documents required, financial structure, how to write a preliminary project report etc. Mrs. Sushama Sakhare was MCED Coordinator.

Life Skill Program-Connect with work 23-08-2021 to 02-09-2021

As part of their CSR initiative, Barclays has decided to skill unemployed youths as per the industry requirement. Barclays has decided to partner with Rubicon & Tomorrow’s Foundation in this initiative. Rubicon would be executing the training program under this initiative, with limited number of colleges across India.

Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd. is an education and training venture, set up by some of the best minds from the industry, education and technology domains. The venture aims to provide ‘quality with scale’ through programs delivered with the help of innovative technologies and compelling content.

This interactive sessions was conducted for all third year students in association with Barclays, and Rubicon & Tomorrow’s Foundation .It was CSR activity of Barclays, Rubicon & Tomorrow’s Foundation .

Initially Trainer explained the objective of this session. Interview Skills session includes Online image, self awareness, Grooming ,Body language, Confidence, Resume, Rejections handling etc. Students understand the right body language for a professional environment. He created awareness in students about corporate grooming habits (The right attire) .Also covered how to build a strong profiles through effective resume writing .Whole session includes various activities. Students participated actively.

Corporate Readiness sessions are conducted. This session includes SWOT analysis, Positive attitude, Team work ,Time management, Stress Management, Flexibility, Values, Ownership.To understand collaboration and its importance in the corporate world he gave tips of team work. Stress management session was interesting. He discussed how to be productive in workplace. He also cleared how positive attitude is important in corporate life. Students ask there queries. Mr. Bhosale satisfies all queries. This session also include activity based training.

Mock Interviews & Group Discussions sessions were conducted on 3rd day.He gave tips to handle Interviews and enhance Public Speaking skills (Group Discussion).Mock interview sessions were also interesting. He gave task of creativity to the students. During these session Mr. Milind Desai and Mr. Mahesh Patil available for managing these sessions.
