Silence shall be observed strictly in the Library.
All the students shall produce their identity card at the entrance.
All the students should enter their name in the Entry Register.
Bags should be left on the storage facilities provided at the entrance of the library.
Using Cellular phones and audio instruments with or without speaker or headphone is strictly prohibited in the library premises.
Tearing of sheets, marking with pencil, writing or highlighting from books, Journals and newspapers is strictly prohibited and is punishable.
Students must satisfy themselves whether the books are in good condition, before they leave the counter. If any damage is noticed, the same must be immediately intimated. Otherwise they will be held responsible for any damage.
Loss of borrowing cards and books should be reported to Librarian immediately.
Duplicate borrowing cards will be issued on payment of Rs.50/-
The Student will be given 2 books for 8 days.
If the books are lost, then the borrower shall replace the books of the same edition or latest edition or pay double cost of the book after getting permission from the librarian.
A student found damaging library furniture or other equipment will be severely penalized.
Newspaper and Journals will not be issued from the library.
The Library Staff is not responsible for any personal loss of readers.
